Machine Shop and Fabrication
Rebuilding the equipment is only
part of the equation. Unless the machinery is upgraded to
the most current specifications, you won't realize the maximum
benefit of the money you are spending. We are able to provide
all of the updates and modifications to existing machinery.
These modifications are performed to factory specifications,
and copies of all the data sheets are provided for your records.
Copies are also sent to the OEM so they have a record for
future reference.
Machine shop work also includes
repair of worn or damaged castings, custom parts, and special
requirements.
Special fabrication services include
SS or mild steel common bases, SS oil drain pans, transfer
tables, random infeed worm drives, and belt topper units.
Exchange Programs
We offer a fully warranted exchange program
for the complete line of Angelus® model can closing machines
as well as rebuilt.remanuactured sub-assemblies. Please
see the "Exchanges" section
of our web site for more information on how this program could
be right for you.

Customer Training
We believe very strongly in the
benefits of a high quality, technical training program aimed
at the can seamer technician. We provide this training on
a no fee basis for any of our overhaul or rebuild customers.
The course is given at our facility and covers the most important
aspects of seamer set up and maintenance including; lubrication
procedures, cover feed set up, adjustment of the lower lifters,
setting and checking seams, filler drive and in motion timer
removal and repair, and more. All of the training is "hands
on" and done on the customer's own machine. Upon completion,
the technician(s) receive a copy of the latest manual, which
includes any updates or modifications made to the seamer.
Whether or not you are a current
customer, we can still help get your people trained. As an
option, we also offer an in depth, one-week training course
that would be held at the customer's location. The course
includes both classroom, and hands on training. This program
is offered on a fee basis and utilizes a highly qualified
outside service. Refer to our "Training"
page to see a copy of our syllabus.
